all i can say is that it's illegal from cips eyes so IF they find out ur useing it ...

but i got no idea if they can find it ...

anyways as its a free tool i think it's not updated alot and so easy to detect.

I think blackdlight only change player lightcolor and players lightsize. So if cipsoft banning people for changing value on some addresses, you will not be able to play with no bot attached to tibia at all. Even if you not using it.

I don't know exactly if it is detectable or not, but one thing is sure: doesn't worth the risk.
As others said, set maximum ambient light and you will see everything what u want.
