FIX for people who are unable to load BSC correctly

Some people got ocx errors or just don't see anything at all after load.
FIX: Just download and save the linked files in your BSC folder. It should load and display correctly after that.

I hope it works. This fix will be included in next version. There is no need to download the files here if you have no load problems.
