Skilling Question

Hey, if i'm skilling a paladin, does distance go faster if i have monsters attacking me as well? quick reply is best. thanks

its just for shield

It dose make it go faster though if you are in shielding or balanced At least it has for me...

There may be some formula to prove me wrong but i lose less stones when in balanced or defensive and i notice i train pretty decently fast
