Im using as sorc with plegs, croc boots, focus cape, dwarven shield and a wand of draconia, dark helm and scarf. Rots are killing me easly when im botting. I'm lvl 23 with 23 shielding and hunting on full def.

What gear should I be wearing?

What wand should I be using?

If you are botting dish out the focus cape for something better, also if you can get a dragon shield. That should cause near to none damage from rotworms now

yea I was wondering what to replace the focus cape with, was thinking of a blue robe too. Thanks. Blue legs really worth it? It's only 1 armor difference.

Yes blue legs is the shieeet as a mage..even it weights only 18 oz or something like that XDD..you should get it ;)

Its better to use a melee weapon for the sorc in the beginning and use the mana for doing exura all the time instead. Then you will not get owned as easy :)

I was thinking about that, I remember having to do that when I first started in 2000.

Should I bot at Lib Bay rots or should I move to larva?

It depends on what you want.

If you need exp, then larvas seem to be the best option, but if you want cash, then stick to Lib Bay Rots.

Nonetheless, whenever I see Lib Bay Rots empty, I stick to it no matter what :p

Use low lvl wands (lvl 13+) and have distance +3

the problem at rots are the carrion worms, they have quite good defence and good hp, they take long to kill with melee and with wand too, try larvas the first lvls and when u have a bit better mlvl then rots (to heal a bit better with exura)

You'd think they would make a guide section.

People could make guides for how to level and and where to level, or best places to make cash.
