hp & mana problems

hello
i have some problem with hp
when i do 2 cond recharge BSC is doing only 1

if HP less 90% press hotk F2

If HP less 50% press Hotk F1

but BSC spam only F2

help

I guess you are having F2 = Exura
and F1 = higher spell example: Exura Vita, Exura Gran, Exura San..

He doesn't have any Low Heal, and High Heal yet which mens both conds collide example:

<Hp under 90%>
"Exura"
"Exura"
"Exura"
<Hp under 50%>
"Exura" <- it still presses F2 because you have it under 90%
<now the F1 wanna send and you get exhausted which is 1sec in healing, the text with 'around' is exhausted spell>
"Exura" <- First
'exura san' <- Second
"Exura"
'exura san'
