Question - What should a good ot look like ?

hey guys im trying to help a friends ot become more popular,
its a nice server but idk somehow ppl wont come

its 8.54 rl map but no zao yet hes wroking on it, not one of those where u gain 30 mana/sec or even more you just get 4 mana.. all vocations pretty good balanced and almost 100% dmges like rl tibia
you even get some start cash and basic skills
