What do I need to make my PayPal account verified?

Srsly, I've tried like 5 times to make a payment thru paypal, and it didnt work cuz of that shitty issue, i dont even know what that is, all the other purchases I've made thru paypal never asked for that and i want to know what do I need to make my account verified

You need to link your Credit Card or Bank Account to your Paypal. I think you can also do it by address but I don't know how to.
