Question abaout blackd safe cheats

I bought this, and what I have to do if I format my computer and install Windows 7? I have to unistall Blackd Safe Cheats first for dont lose my blackd lisense?

Do not worrie about it. You can format your computer and then install the BSC again. It will reset the licence, by changing the machine its registered in.
Im not very sure but i think after you format your computer and activate your licence, you can only repeat the same process (format+reset licence) 30 days after.

It looks for the ip i think. So if you format your computer and than have the same ip than it should no problem. And like the guy above me said it will reset if your ip changes but wont be able to repeat that action for 30 days/
