How to fix freeze?

I have a gamer computer and never had problems playing tibia or other games.. I keep on updating everything but still i get freezes every 30-40 seconds for 2 seconds.. Its like the freeze starts and a monster hit me two times and then i see what happen so its very dangerous, cant even hunt atm.

ah its solved, i had used that VPN which uses a bad server and made me freezing but i turn it just off while playing and everything is fine.
