a runemaker? anything useful?

Can I install it on a different computer than my blackdproxy? So I can bot on one and safecheat on another?

i think may be you can..i haven't tried it..so i don't know too.

BSC only contains light, autoheal, automana and xray. At this moment you need to choose to install bsc or blackd proxy. Or if you want you can install both but then ensure you install them in the same computer.
