Can't log in - Nothing Works!

Hey, I have install BlackD, it has been a long time since I last time played Tibia. Now I cant login to the game while BlackD is running. I have done this:

-changed TOOSLOWLOGINSERVER_MS=500 to value =5000
-had fun with different login server
-disabled UAC

Im using Windows 7, anyone have any idea?

Dudes, do you know what is the problem? Or am I a newbie and its really not big deal?
