Well long story made short, I haven't been active for a year or so, and i wanted to sell my 1kk and I have got only paypal. So if I get a costumer now, will he be able to chargeback still? How to prevent it so that he is unable to chargeback?

Once like all who have been selling cash for strangers I had a accident when a guy who bought from me 500k for some bucks wanted to get his cash back. He opened a dispute in Paypal Costumer Support (or something like that) . When I saw it I put evidences with screen on messenger & his emails adressed to me .
It lasted for about 1 week and I won first case.
He opened a new dispute. Same story, I gave to Paypal guys a proofs and won!.

So if you are going to sell cash through paypal you should protect yourself with some evidence.
