Just wondering, I used to do it a long time ago to look for loot bags under tree's. I want to do it again.

If I can, Ill release it here.

Now I have to find a simple extractor and compiler.

i'm not entirely sure that it's illegal. back in 2003-2004 it was quite common for graphic artists of WoT to design their own sprites for items and later release them for the whole community to use. that being said, i don't know that it's actually legal either. my bet would be that it's unspokenly... illegal.

i guess it's looked on as "using unofficial software".

Its only illegal if it gives you an unfair advantage. Such as changing trees so you can find lootbags... lol

Numerous people still edit their .spr files and atleast i haven't heard of anyone getting banished for it
