Deletion warning and mc

If I have a deletion warning on my mainchar and I want to start playing it manual. Can I still have mc-chars botting at the same time I'm playing manual with my mainchar without getting deleted?

Preferably you should run the MCs in a Virtual computer, like VMware, or use another computer to bot with.
