DaoPay problem!

Well I dont know if this belongs here, but I started to worry..
My problem is, everytime I call to buy blackdproxy license, seems like that number doesnt exist
I dont know if its my country or is DaoPay problems...
I'd appreciate some help guys
Anyone having same problems?
