[FIXED IN 17.8] Exiva bug

The following command does not work in the current version of BlackdTools:

exiva #XX XX 06

Where XX XX is an item ID.

Please fix this!

fixed in 17.8
Runemaker was not working because the same internal problem. Now runemaker is fixed too.
