ERROR after UPDATE

I have windows vista and every time there is a update everityng is ok until this one....

ERROR DESCRIPTION: Permiso denegado
FROM:C:\Archivos de.....\Blackdproxy.exe

I already tryed the diferent stalation ways but still no succes.
