It's working verry well for me.

Have you installed "Common Installer : VB6 dlls and ocxs"?
Are you running blackd as admin?

Anyway the problem is not with blackd itself.

Read the error you see that you don't have permission to do the action blackd need to do. There is your problem!

i registred all by my sellf on cmd.exe and yes i run as admin, and the problem of the permission i dont know how to fix it
