Looking for Macro

Im looking for a macro that will work with the user switching between the profiles on the computer.

Basically i'm looking for a macro that dose key manipulation that can not be on the active logical window Such as this


User A: Doing mouse and keyboard manipulations

User B: Keyboard manipulations only

User C: Doing normal user activity's without macro

So you want to PREVENT users from doing specific tasks (i.e. using keyboard or mouse)?

If so, I'd recommend writing a program that uses a keyboard and/or mouse hook and check which user is logged on to give permissions/restraints

No no no no I want the macro on each one of the users doing the task



like i need a macro that when you switch users since the logical screen has been changed it will continue doing its task
