I can make one for you in C# and post it here as open source if you'd like

edit: Wrote it now, see attachment. Binary (.exe) is found in bin/Release if you don't want to compile yourself. You will need .NET Framework 3.5 or higher, which can be found @ microsoft.com (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyId=333325fd-ae52-4e35-b531-508d977d32a6&displaylang=en)

Updated with another function due to request. The soul address can be found in address.txt (if it doesn't exist, the program will write the 8.70 address) so you can update it without having to recompile

Everything is detectable in one way or another, although I don't think cipsoft can detect this tool for now
