Is there anyway i can transfer money off a prepaid visa giftcard to paypal or anything like that online? I got this 25$ thing for my birthday figured id buy somthin with it if possible, Thanks in advance

if it's like a real credit card just enter it in the ADD Credit Card or just transfer money from it using same feature with paypal.. or just simply go on google type in "Visa Gift Card Paypal" and done you got ur answer:

Im not so sure if anyones answered this part, but you must register the card (theres usually a website on the back of it, or a pamphlet the card came with) if its visa goto http://giftcardstore.ca/visacard/ and follow the instructions there
