level 72 MS, where to PG?

I'm a 70+ MS with magic level 57 (with eq ml; 59)

I want to level really quick, I've got 500-700k to waste.
I don't got a blocker to hunt with..

So what would be a good place for me to PG? maybe hunt with UE now its still possible?
