error 89 blackd carshes!!

Hi, as topic blackd carshes quite often for me now and says error code 89, the problem is the bot continue going untill the char is dead, it won't healr or anything but it kill mobs, so without no warning it comes alarma and the char is dead.
I really need help with this now, looked arounde searched in forum found nothing!:confused:

same problem. happens randomly, says cannot use pots.
