I have a slight problem, I ordered some gold for a character of mine in balera, but I accidentally put in my old character name (I changed it). I've already paid for the service and I want to know if I'll be getting my money back since the whole gold transfer will probably fail. Old name-Almighty Arrow, new name-Krayor

Email BlackD ASAP about this, we had a similar issue some time ago, and BlackD simply told the guy to email him asap as to stop any kind of misunderstanding. Email him with the transference ID and some sort of proof that it was you.

Thanks for the info, I just sent a msg to them, hope it all works out, paid 67+ euro's, so I would hope to not lose all that money for some technicality..

Weird, I sent multiple messages + an email and everything, and yesterday I finally got the "Money sent" email, to almighty arrow. But I look in my new name's account, and it was there. Phew, dunno if someone did something to help me out or it happened by itself, but I'm glad. Thank you all for the help, i'm good now^^ Wont make that mistake again.
