Could anybody tell me what's the best place and technique to train with a knight? I am using sword and my skills at this moment are 73/73 at level 65.

I play in non pvp. Where can I find Monks that I can use to train with?

monk is no alternative on non pvp. i'd recommend doing the new frontier quest until you can access the farmine mines. there you'll find plenty of gargoyles, and is by far the best solution for training.

No matter what you train on if your getting blood hits it will take the same amount of time.
