I got my money sent to me today in the world Balera, but there was a mass kick and the world MIGHT be reset.. what do I do?.. I'm afraid that it will have caused me to lose my money, since it's not blackdtools' fault :S anyone know?? Fk this sucks T.T

Well from what I heard there have been masskicks on all the worlds...I even heard about big websites going down like 4chan/google etc but im sure he would refund ur money either in rl or on ur world...just send an email to him

As long as blackds char also get a rollback on hes server and get hes cash back i doubt that he will refund anything as he has no reason for it.

if the web of tibia display a newsbit about rollback/reset on your server to the previous day of the delivery then contact us with your order number and the link to that newsbit at tibia.com
If we check that it is really true and we also have our money back then of course we can send you it again.
