I was wondering why I haven't yet received my gold yet, I ordered it quite a while back and don't get me wrong i am patient i just noticed that the character logged in to that same world and didn't complete mine or my brother's order; is everything okay? Thanks for taking my concern into consideration.

you must be patient. We can take up to 7 days as it is well warned everywhere. And anyways please contact me by email with order number if you already waited 5 days or more because it is usually less of that.
