I was wondering... is there a possible way to hunt with mages? like hit and run hit and run. because i get surrounded by too many mobs and next thing you see is a raped mage.

That feature has been requested for a quiet long. We've lost our faith on such feature.
Most likely is that we'll never have it.

I will count with that proposal, but this is not the correct forum neither the correct way to request any feature. That was indirect advertisement of other bot and I dislike that.
