I tryed at last version and this version, yes its full version.
I think it's problem with registers from my pc (regedit)

BlackD Proxy will no longer run on real servers, so :/

Maybe login to your computer as administrater so you can install files?

also try setting lowest security settings in your user account if you run windows 7
