I'm opening up BlackD with no errors and it's not finding my character can somebody help me?

Open blackdproxy as administator

THEN open tibia

If this is not working go into advanced settings (ADVANCED)

Select tibia 9.2? w/e the newest version is then click DO IT

and repeat above steps
