This would be a new feature not a problem

Setspellkill doesn't stand infront of it. Set exorivis/flam etc does.

Problems would actually be to do with attacking creatures before finishing waypoint. Looting "slain" etc creatures.

Targeting has a problem. It will walk to the place were the monster was to go and attack it.
