Blackd not connecting characters

For some reason blackd is not listing any of my characters when i try and use the cavebot. im running it as administrator and opening it then tibia. trying to play on real servers. iv tryed messing with it some and no matter what it still says "NOT CONNECTED" on the characters list... im on a windows xp....

got the same problem here. happened right after i reinstalled blackD proxy.:(

wooot!!! I finally got it. ok, so here is what i did...
1.Uninstalled tibia and blackd proxy
2.reinstalled but did not let tibia start after installation
3.logged in to reg tibia with a bot acc
4.change light settings and walked around a bit to create more data in .dat file
5.logged out the right clicked blackd short cut, changed to run as administrator
6.closed properties and all other windows
7.started blackd and this popped up

this wasn't doing this before even after the last time i reinstalled i set that one as admin also.
must be a .dat file problem or something. im not the smartest with programs but i sure can cick-it till it works;)
