Hello. i was wondering if my Magebomb didn't work or it's just disabled for the BlackD version, i can't get it work, Any help? :/

that feature is disable since loooooong time ago , mainly because it is not compatible with current tibia and my current code. It would need too strong changes, and anyways I consider magebomb useless nowadays.
