Help please with mana and HP recharge bot

I am trying to get that to work, I dont understand how it works and how I hotkey to the tibia client. Do i have to have runes or is it auto? Help me out with that feature, thanks

Are you talking about the BlackDproxy hp/mana recharge module?

If so check the tutorials on the forums to find out how to use it.
