Is it a way to drop a certain item/items on the ground?

Yes there is, don't remeber the code for it but should be in the cavebot section and should say "drop items" with a emty bar where you can enter the id of the items

Yeah, use dropLootOnGround + the location, for exemple:

dropLootOnGround 32104,32326,9
