Anyone with moneybookers & paypal?

I owe a guy 20 euros~~ And he only got paypal and i only got moneybookers. So im wondering if anyone with both could accept 20 euros from me on moneybookers and then send them to him on paypal, i will pay 3 extra euros for the help
