If I have blackdproxy installed on my computer, and use one account to bot with.

I also login with another account and play, but not using anything in the bot, will the banwave detect both accounts as using illegal software?

you only might get delete in chars that used cavebot.
you should not get delete in the rest of chars, unless a gm manually decide to ban all chars sharing that ip (but there are very low chances of that)

Are there usually GMs that do this that we know of? I haven't seen or red about one in a long time.

Doubt it.
If they decide to ban people based on IPs, allot of colledge studens would get !"#**IFUAHYWUI**:mad:*Pissed off

like on my old school, 1200 students had the same IP..
