Knight low lvl skilling

Hello guys, i need a script for low lvl skilling, i dont have idea what happend to skills but i cant skill on monk no more... even if i attack him the skill %'s are staying at the same lvl;)
So if anyone have any script for skilling up to 45/45 or even 60/60 please post it here:D
