About the ID for the invoice

I was going to buy some tibia gold, but then when it got to the invoice bit i had to give my id number? a, i have no idea what it is and b, why. don't particularly care about the invoice and this is what deterred me from purchasing it. just thought u should know

Sorry about it. My business is legal so I am forced to request all that info for the legal invoice. But feel free to enter fake info there. No problem.

Anyways I have set OPTIONAL in the id field because I am aware I was losing customers because that stupid thing. You are not the first one to point it.

Anyways what my system is asking you there is your national identification number or company VAT ID, for tax saving purposes.

I think every european web is legally forced to request some info for the invoice, because we should make an invoice. For example, just take a look at Cipsoft payment system at tibia.com
