download proxy source
copy and paste
the "config954" folder to ur instalation folder
my guess, the autoinstaller missed 954config

i found a way to fix,

just go to blackd proxy file, find config953 file and rename to config954

it works for me

I will try your way Malks, Hugaos way would mean using blackD 9.53 on 9.54 and that is just silly mate. Asking for a ban hammer ? thats why he UPDATEs.. Sorry, I made a mistake in the installer script so the installer was copying config954 into config953 .
I fixed it and I reuploaded the installer right now.
