HP/Mana Tool

Got detected earlier for using only the HP/Mana tool... I was playing manually, had hard cheats disabled etc. I'm kinda a noob at botting, but i was under the impression that only the cavebot and hard cheats were detectable? Any idea how this happened?

I have been using HP&Mana + Runemaker since ages ago and no bans yet :S
