yes you can use those commands to turn.

SAY MESSAGE command
say message exani hur up

When i use the turn it just says unknown command do you know why?

Hells basically told you how to do it..

When your script reaches the levitate area, SayMessage exiva turn1 ,next line, SayMessage exani hur "up"
