What's "Recharge Limits Randomized By" in HP & Mana? + Any Walk Boost tool?

I was setting up the HP & Mana in blackd proxy and I don't know what this option does/means: Recharge Limits RANDOMIZED By"

Also, are there are dash/walk boost un blackd proxy?
Are there any pause command to the bot?
Are there any anti-paralyze? (ex: exura/utani hur when paralyzed)

I think its same option like chaos in runemaker. It makes random delay within number of %.
For example: you set auto exura gran at 60% HP. If you set limits to 5% Bot will heal you randomly between 55% to 65%

there is 'exiva turbo' But im not sure does it really works.


Are there any pause command to the bot?

Or unmark "Activate hardcore cheats" in "Cheats" but if you do that you will have to launch bot agine.

im sure there is conditional event which allows that
