Error starting the proxy...

Hello guys.
im taking tibia again after a while and ofc trying to cheat it.
when i run blackd proxy always got an error reading the .ini files as this screenshot shows.
any suggest to solve it ?

i tried safe cheats too but seems like cant detect my char cuz all the combobox go to 100 Mp or Hp being above lvl 150

Run as administater

i run both as admin. still not working.
in safecheats, map can read properly, and the eater work fine too, but hp and mp still showing only to 100.
