Using UTURA for healing

Hello when im setting utura for healing bot continuosly uses it until its time for exura ico and utura is on cooldown ofcourse. Does anyone know how could i make it like that that bot will use utura only every 60 seconds? Thanks for reply


80% Utura
70% exura ico

Best way is to use if mana above 70? 80? (whatever needed for utura) use utura, but have a "delay" period of "60 seconds" (cooldown period) before this can be repeated. (although add always above "x" mana or use mana potion)

i create a similar post few days ago and they explain me how to do. here is the condition for use exura every 61 seconds.
