earth elemental = creature name
flam = spell
10 = HP of creature, casts spell on it if HP is higher than that amount, useful if you're using a wand.

But please be careful! @Malmis stated in one of his threads that this might spam when out of mana or if creature isn't in Line-Of-Sight.

May spam when out of mana or attacking mobs not in Line-of-Sight, so might be unsafe. Use with caution.

Maybe, I don't know. I don't bot my mages with BlackD anyway, I'm using BlackD for massive money making.

Aye, It isn't very wise to bot mages with BlackD I have found myself, maybe because it doesn't keep distance (running) mobs well and the spells seem semi broken/busted to me so I tend to stick to botting Knights! Be very cautious about running Cavebot on your main premiums.
