I'm not looking to bot, I just want to safely make runes. Eat, cast, & alert/move if attacked or messaged. Is there any risk in using these features? Is all the risk related to cavebotting?

Have you tried Blackd Safe cheats? its free and in the download section. I do not know what it does.
