Blackdproxy Hotkeys

Hello, im playing a 7.72 OT
And the hotkeys doesnt work (exiva 0, exiva uh etc)
exiva turbo works

I know, i changed the ID's in 7.72 folder but it still doesnt work
I got windows 7 btw.

I've done this a million times on Windows XP and it worked every single time

It seems like the ID's wont change (still it stands that the id's is changed)
I've tried turning on Classic Mode (0% waste)

I fixxed it, buy exiva mana_fluid doesnt work and there is no tileID for manafluid
what shall i do?
I've tried changing IH id to the manafluid ID but it doesnt work
