how to edit .dat file?

I cant open and edit it with notepad :/

I guess you'd need a program for that.

Head over to otland.net (Open Tibia community). There are several programs used for editing Tibia files. I'm sure you'll find it there. Just use search function.

Try double-click to open it. If it will not work, try to right click on the file and select "open with" and select "Notepad".

Notepad won't work, you need a .dat editor program.
