Tibia.dat missing

Like in topic. I have the newest Blackd Proxy and when i choose the tibia version, ip (for ot) and click CONTINUE the program shows the error :

"Problem with config 760
tibia.dat missing/unreadable : "

I have windows 7. I copied the Blackd Proxy and the OT files from my brothers laptop where it runs smoothly. He has Windows 8, so i dont know if there is a problem there. I was hoping someone would help me.

I thought i figured what was going on (in my tibia folder named "DBL" there was another one, so i tried making the pathway into that one), but now i get another error ...
Can someone try helping me?

Try latest version (Blackd Proxy 30.0 at this moment)
I think it should fix that bug
